BISOM offers a complete telemedicine service for emergency transport missions carried out by ambulances and firefighters.The main functions of BISOM are:- recovery of urgent missions requested by the SAMU- guidance to the place of intervention- realization of the dematerialized first aid medical assessment- patient conditioning and destination proposal- media exchange (photos, videos, diagram) with the regulating doctor- request for assistance by live video conference- early dispatch of the medical file before the patients arrival- location of vehicles and availability level
